Spring Camp (Day 16)

Good afternoon everyone! We are onto our final day of Spring camp and we’ve learned about so many different areas during our time, such as “Bugs”, “Colors/Rainbows” a,nd “Camping”. For our first circle time, we started by doing some fun exercises. Next, we spoke about “Spring” and “Baby Animals”. We learned the words for lots of cute baby animals such as “Piglets”, “Chicks” and “Bunnies”. For our activity, we made some colorful eggs and played “Hide and Seek” with them. We also had a surprise visit from a few of our oldest class members, who have now graduated from Kodomonomori. We’re sad to see them leave but we wish them luck in elementary school.

After lunch, we went had our second circle time of the day, where we spoke about “Butterflies”. For our activity, we danced to “Jungle Samba” and made our own butterflies. The children loved using lots of colors and glue. Excellent work everyone!
