Good afternoon everyone, Sam here! We continued our focus on this month’s topic of “Transport and Directions” by talking about “Vehicles”. Our lesson started with “The Hello Song” and then we learned the new monthly song called “On an Adventure”, which is an ILH original. The children loved pretending to drive different vehicles like “Cars” and “Trains”. After our songs and dances, we moved onto our main topic of the day “Trucks” and “Deliveries”. This gave us the chance to talk about directions too like “Over”, “Back” and “Forward”. Finally, we used these directions in our game called “Special Delivery”. The children worked really well in pairs and delivered many items across the classroom. Excellent work everyone!
