Hello everyone, Emma here! We started the day with free play while waiting for everyone to arrive. Once all the children were here, we did a little exercise, self introduction because of our new teacher (Emma). Afterwards we learned about weather, danced to some simple songs including the ILH theme song for this month “whatever the weather” with our headbands. We played two games titled “Pass the Balloon” and “ The Blind Lady” then we practiced the “Bon Odori” dance, afterwards we had lunch!
During our afternoon session, we watched Tom and Jerry, Paw Patrol and Spider-Man. We also practiced the “Across the sunny sea” song. Craft activity involved making fireworks. The children made very unique, colorful and beautiful firework designs. We all had a fun filled day. Thank you!
