Good afternoon everyone and welcome to our second day of Italian Summer Fest 2026 here at Kodomo no Mori! Today we did so many fun activities! We introduced our festival with “If You Like Pasta” song and, after that, we did necklace and bracelet pasta craft and pasta map hunt challenge! The second activity was about guessing the right Italian region where the pasta type is usually used. This allowed us to learn more about Italian territory, food, and culture! Everyone was so good at guessing so we found out that we are also pasta experts! The day continued with our first snack time where we ate focaccia, a typical Italian snack. It can be filled with cheese, ham, rocket salad, tomatoes, olives, oil, and so much more…. very tasty! After movie time, where we watched “Minions, Spider-Man, Shinkalion, Pingu”, we danced to “Jungle Samba” and played another fun game called “Body Parts Ball Challenge”! After forming a big circle, each one of us had to pass the ball using both hands, one hand, both feet, elbows, etc. This game made sure to revise and memorize body parts English names. For our second snack, we had again focaccia and Mango Lassi! Today was a busy day indeed! Thank you everyone for coming and for having so much fun on this special day! Until next time!
