Good afternoon everyone! Sam here! Our day started with a Jamaican style warm up routine to prepare our body for today. Our first song was “The Hello Song” which is an ILH original and the children are great at it and even sing along to the words. We then danced to a super energetic song called “Walking, Walking”. Afterwards, we had a lesson on the country of “France”, where we learned some new words and focused on a famous French bread called a “Croissant”. We used these new words in our two activities called “Crazy Croissants” and “Colorful Pasta”.

After lunch, we moved onto our movie time where we watched “Minions” in English and “Paw Patrol” and “Spidey and his Amazing Friends” in Japanese. Afterwards, we had our second English lesson of the day, we danced to the “Monkey Dance” and then we spoke about some famous artists from France. For our second activity, we used our “Colorful Pasta” from earlier and made “Colorful Pasta Paintings”, inspired by French paintings. The children were great at making flowers out of pasta. Awesome work everyone!
