Good afternoon everyone! Sam here! We started our day with a warm up routine to the song “Jamming” by “Bob Marley” to get us ready for the day and then we danced to two fun English songs, “Hello Song” and “Across the Sunny Sea”. The children are getting better at this dance. Afterwards, we had a lesson on the country of “France”, where we learned some new words such as “Beret”, “Mustache” and “Baguette”. For our first activity, we played a fun game called “Pin the Mustache”, the children loved how silly the game was. Then, we had some time outside, where we played in the outdoor pools with water toys.
After lunch, we moved onto our movie time where we watched “Bluey” in English and “Shinkalion” and “Spidey and his Amazing Friends” in Japanese. Afterwards, we moved onto our second English lesson of the day, where we spoke about “French Kings and Queens”. We then made our own “Louis XIV Artworks”. The children were so creative and unique when making them and they looked amazing. Fantastic work everyone!
