Good afternoon everyone, Sam here! Today, we learned all about the famous festival of “Holi” that takes place every year in India. It’s a colorful festival, where everyone throws different colored powder on each other and the streets of India become colorful. We started our first circle time talking about different colors and then played a game called “Where does this go?”. We also danced to “Heads, Shoulders, Knees and Toes” and the “Hello Song”.

For our second circle time, we learned more about the details and event of “Holi”. Next, we danced to two songs, “Hello Song” and “Tooty Ta”. All of the children loved this song and were laughing throughout it. We finished our lesson, with a team game called “Color Sorters” Great work everyone!
