Good afternoon! Today the children spent all day at Kodomo No Mori. We started our day by having lunch with the children. They were very excited to show off there unique and delicious lunches to everyone.

After lunch, we had our English lesson, where we started by talking about “Spring”. Our song today was called “Walking in the Jungle”. This was a great way to introduce our main topic, “Frogs”. We spoke about a few different types like the “Wood Frog” and the “Red Eyed Tree Frog” and how frogs have unique webbed feet. For our activity today, we made our own “Bouncy Frogs”. Excellent work!

To finish our day, we went outside and played some fun and interesting games. The children loved running around in the cool weather, especially since our English teacher joined in. We also had time for some sledding and digging in the mud. Thank you for everyone’s hard work today.
