Hello readers! It’s March! It doesn’t feel quite like it yet, but it’s officially spring. Today we danced to the ILH song “Helping Hand”. Then we reviewed the names of different bugs. We also learned new ones like the rhinoceros beetle and the pill bug, better known by kids as “roly-poly”. Our craft today featured a bug known for helping each other, the humble bee. We cut out shapes from craft paper and assembled them with glue. Of course, the kids drew on the faces and other body parts, giving them personality! They’ll be up on Kodomo no Mori’s wall as one of our spring decorations. Good job all!
