Good afternoon! It’s starting to get warm, isn’t it? We began today’s circle time with the “Move!” song, and the kids were able to review body parts and our left/right directions. Then we moved on to our main topic, the parts of the house. We also looked at some unusual houses like treehouses and houses by the sea. Which led to our craft, Seaside House! We drew houses, towers and castles with markers. Then we drew the same house but inverted for the houses’ reflections. We then taped tracing paper over the “water” half and then drew waves on it for a nice effect! See you next time!
