Good afternoon!
In today’s lesson, we looked at Greenland’s Arctic animals! We started with an energetic song called “Heads, Shoulders, Knees and Toes”. The children loved this song, especially when it gets faster! For our main topic today we spoke all about Greenland and its Arctic animals. We learned about some familiar animals with “Arctic” variants such as the “Arctic Fox” and the “Arctic Wolf”. We also looked at some new animals such as the “Lemming” and the “Arctic Ox”.
Next, we played two games called “Catch those Seals” and “Seal Ball”. These games were very successful as we were able to practice our English and our teamwork. Awesome work everyone!
