Hello readers! Joshua here! It’s the last week of January, and our Valentine’s Day Event is slowly coming up! So today, we went all out creating some delightful cakes. First, we broke off into teams and painted different layers for the cake. We learned the words “top” and “sides”: our goal is to paint the top one color, and the sides a different color. I think the kids chose their colors well! We had fun painting in groups. Once done, we took the paper decorations we cut out last week and glued them onto the giant “base layer” of our Valentine’s Day cake. It added a lot of charm!
