Good afternoon!
In today’s lesson, we travelled to the South American country of Colombia. Our main focus today was Colombian food. We looked at many different foods including “Empanadas”,which are like big gyozas and “Arepas”, which are similar to savory pancakes. For today’s craft, we made our own replica paper “Arepas”. We filled them with avocado, pork, egg and cheese. They looked delicious and the children did a great job.
