Sound the trumpets! The Roman emperors have come! Today, we continue our trip to Italy… but we went back in time! After doing our “Finest Chef” dance, we learned about the Roman emperors of old. They wore laurel crowns, symbols of wisdom and power. The weather was great outside, so we collected colored leaves and sticks. We used them to make crowns of our own! Some kids even used acorns!
