Trick or treat! Today we had day 1 of the Kodomo no Mori’s Spooky Halloween Party! Everyone wore nice costumes and we all felt the Halloween spirit! Today was packed with a lot of Halloween themed activities. First, we went to a clearing and did a Trick or Treat parade. After that, we teachers took turns hiding and the kids had to find us! When they did, they said “Trick or Treat!” and received candies and treats. They were really good at finding us!

After that we went back indoors and played some Halloween games. First, the kids tried “ Poke a Pumpkin” and won great prizes! After that they showed us their ring toss skills during “Witch Hat Ring Toss”. Next, they put their ball bouncing skills to the test while playing “Witch’s Cauldron Eyeball Bounce”. And finally, they gathered their courage and entered our very own Haunted House!

The kids enjoyed playing with all their friends with costumes on. What a spooky, fun-filled day!
