9/29 What’s that in the trees?

Hello readers, Joshua here! September’s almost over and we danced “Jungle Samba” one last time. But before we leave the Philippine jungle, we learned about one last animal. It’s long, it’s quiet, and it lives in trees… It’s the Philippine pit viper! These green (some come in orange) snakes usually dwell in trees. They hunt there, and rarely, they strike down below from above! We crafted our very own Philippine pit vipers with colored paper and they turned out great! Each kid gave their creation unique patterns. Finally to finish up English time, we played the “animal telephone game”. I whispered an animal to one kid. Then that kid whispered the animal to the next student, and so on. Once everyone heard the word, I counted down…. and they all said the animal together! They practiced their speaking and listening ability and cleared all levels!
