Ahoy there! Today at KNM, we set sail on a high-seas adventure and had a very pirate day! We kicked things off with our cheerful “Hello Song” and had a blast playing “The Floor is Lava” — lots of giggles and quick moves kept us out of the lava sea!

Later, we reviewed monthly words before playing a thrilling game of Walking the Plank. Everyone had to balance carefully to avoid falling into shark-infested waters. To make it even trickier, pirates had to carry treasure on their heads while returning to the ship!

For our creative crew members, we had a special Wanted Poster activity — pirates got to draw themselves as the most fearsome (or funniest) buccaneers around.
